Prospect Cottage has lovely open views over lush green countryside and is set in the quaint village of Staveley-in-Cartmel, a short distance from Lake Windermere. In line with typical village life, the nearby farm can supply visitors with fresh milk and eggs and their livestock graze the land around the terrace of cottages throughout the year. An end of terrace, traditional style cottage, Prospect Cottage has all the comforts you would expect from such a property and just a little bit more. With warm colours and pretty co-ordinating fabrics throughout, the cottage is very cosy and the owners have retained and renovated traditional features such as cast iron fireplaces to continue the theme. The newly created kitchen/diner is a super/social room, light and spacious and ideal for everyone to lend a hand with preparing dinner.

Ground floor, Prospect Cottage has oil-fired central heating and comprises, lounge with open fire, colour TV, video and CD/hi-fi.

Kitchen/diner with open-plan dining kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The room also offers a second seating area with TV.

Utility area with washing machine and tumble drier.

Cottage style garden to front and raised lawned gardens to rear accessed over footbridge, not suitable for children. Off-road parking available for 1 car.
