Coomb View has recently been refurbished in a contemporary style to create a stunning holiday home which is set in a rural location on a 100 acre farm. Our holiday home offers peace and tranquillity which is perfect for a relaxing break after a busy day of sightseeing and activities that both the Lake District and Yorkshire National Parks has to offer. Our guests have easy access to the Lakes and Mountains, Market Towns of Kendal and Sedbergh, both provide numerous amenities. With only 4 miles to the nearest junction of the M6 transport links for our guests living in the Northern Towns and Cities are very accessible. Manchester and Liverpool being 1 hour 15 minutes drive away and a 50 minute drive away from Scotch Corner on the A1 for the North East. Coomb View offers contemporary open plan living including a Fully Fitted Black High Gloss Kitchen complete with Island, Dining and Living area for four guests on the first floor to take advantage of the stunning rural views. The Living Area is furnished with leather sofas, coffee table and a 50" TV, DVD and CD Player for the home entertainment of our Guests.

On the Ground Floor are Two bedrooms and a Family Bathroom. Each Bedroom has access to a outdoor patio area which enjoys morning sunlight. Bedroom One is a Double and Bedroom Two can be arranged as one Kingsize or a Twin Room depending on your individual requirements. An additional sleeping position is available if required on a sofabed in the upstairs Living Area.
Coomb View has access to private patio area with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor living and enjoy the dark night skies without urban orange glow. To the side of our barn conversion is a large lawned area and country garden complete with secure private parking for two cars.

Arrival and Parking.
From the North, Leave the M6 Motorway at Jct 38 at the roundabout take the 3rd Exit Signposted Kendal A685 after 5 miles look out for sharp left hand bend marked by large chevron boards TAKE CARE!!!!! 200 yards turn left at the crossroads of farm lanes marked by footpath sign 200 mtrs keep right after 2nd cattle grid and you have arrived.

Travelling from the South, Leave the M6 at junction 37, turn right at top of the slip road after 800 yards turn left after 3 miles turn left at the T junction in Beck Foot signposted Tebay B5267. Continue for 1 mile turn left after .3 mile turn left at the T junction Signposted Kendal A685. Continue for .5 mile look out for sharp left hand bend marked by large chevron boards TAKE CARE!!!!! continue for 200 yards turn left down private single track lane identified by Footpath Sign after 150 yards keep Right at the fork in the road after 2nd Cattle Grid. Park in first available space outside Coomb View.

Public Transport.
Stagecoach 106 service bus transport is available however this is not a comprehensive service. Westcoast mainline Oxenholme(Lake District) station is 7 miles from Coomb View taxi would be required for transfer.
