This really is a super property and sure to be the venue for many enjoyable Lake District holidays. The owners have carefully renovated Brantside, a spacious semi-detached house, and have thought of everything for your holiday comfort.

With picturesque Keswick centre just a short stroll away you will have everything to hand and no need to use the car on a daily basis. There is excellent walking in the surrounding hills, lake cruises on beautiful Derwentwater, valley rambles, live theatre and much more, making this an ideal destination for all seasons.

Accommodation: Brantside is set well back from the road behind its lawned front garden. Front door into entrance hall and doors into kitchen and living room. The ground floor is open plan with sitting room to the front (flat screen TV, DVD, stereo system and living flame gas fire). The dining area to the rear has doors into a most pleasant garden room; a breakfast bar divides it from the main kitchen area whilst leaving the space open for conversation.

The upstairs has three spacious bedrooms all with washbasins and built in furniture. A double to the rear has fine views over the garden and hills, whilst the front and side twin rooms both have views to Skiddaw. The two full bathrooms offer bath, shower, basin and wc (one has its shower over the bath, one with corner shower cubicle).

The whole house has a light and welcoming feel with large windows making the most of the open aspects from each room. Stylish and modern furnishings, fitted carpets throughout and tasteful d?cor complete the internal details.

Outside: The door through the garden room accesses a delightful level rear garden - a south facing suntrap with patio table and chairs, mature shrubs and a lovely view. Clients have access to the garage for bike storage, and there is ample parking in the drive for two or three cars. A few hundred yards to Keswick centre.
