Ambleside has lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, and a wealth of activities such as tennis, mini golf, bowls, cinema and lake cruises on nearby Lake Windermere.

Spacious L-shaped lounge/dining room with fine views, TV with Freeview channels, You View Box, DVD, free wi-fi and electric flame effect fire and patio doors which lead out to the balcony with garden seating. Smart galley style kitchen with cream gloss units and all modern facilities. Shower room with basin and wc is approached off the kitchen along with the back door.

Three bedrooms - master double with TV, which looks out on to the rear garden, a second smaller double and a twin room. Family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and wc.

The property is comfortably furnished throughout with neutral decor and is cosy and comfortable in any season with gas central heating, hot water and double glazing. Carpets in the bedrooms with amtico and tiles in other areas.

Outside: Balcony with garden seating, plus a patio area to the rear with garden seating and a swinging garden bench seat. Garden area consists of borders with shrubs and rockery. Private parking on the driveway for two/three cars or in the garage for two cars if preferred, with room to store bikes. Ambleside village and Lake Windermere approx half a mile downhill from the property.
