With its own individual sunny patio, lake views and air of quiet comfort Romney 12 will surely be a much sought after holiday destination and be sure to please. Lake cruises start from the pier at Waterhead just a couple of minutes stroll away and walks from the door include the paths up Jenkins Crag, Wansfell and Loughrigg Fell. Waterhead boasts a choice of places to eat out whilst an easy walk into Ambleside centre will bring you to interesting local shopping and facilities.

Romney 12 has been carefully furnished with your holiday comfort in mind and will be ideal in any season.

Accommodation: Video entry system into shared hallway. Ground floor entrance leading into the inner hallway of Romney 12. Plenty of hanging space for outdoor gear and boots. The light and spacious open plan sitting/dining room has patio door opening onto the south facing patio where you can sit and take in the lake views (large flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, Wi-Fi and iPod docking station, focal point electric fire). Well appointed kitchen with feature glazed hatch to dining area and views beyond.

There are two bedrooms - the master has king-sized double bed and en-suite (shower, basin and wc) whilst the twin room has flat screen TV and use of the adjacent family bathroom (shower, basin and wc). Both bedrooms have built-in furniture.

The property has been carefully furnished with all modern comforts with fitted carpets to living area, hallways and bedrooms and wood floor in the dining area.

Outside: Garden table and chairs on the patio which is surrounded with flowering shrubs and takes in the sunny south facing views over the adjoining fields to Lake Windermere. Two acres of beautiful landscaped gardens extend round Romney Grange with stepped paths up to the higher levels and fine views. Numbered parking for one car/some additional parking on an ad hoc basis. Ambleside centre three quarters mile, lake 50 yards.
